Creative Challenge Drives Fans to Engage on Game Day

Promotional Challenge Flags Bring Customers Back to Activation Areas


Opportunity

First Community Credit Union needed the campaign to bring customers back to their activation area within the Houston Texans stadium for each home game.



Challenge

The products needed to be easy to transport in bulk, usable at the game and under $2.00 per unit to produce. The client also was looking for a way to drive customers back during each home game to engage with the brand.


Solution

My Corporate Expressions brainstormed products that kept customers coming back week after week and helped the client create a campaign tie-in that revolved around the NFL game day challenge flag and their phrase “Let FCCU challenge your…”. Each game week, FCCU would feature a different banking product or service and suggest fans challenge their current financial institution to beat FCCU. My Corporate Expressions created a collectible series of full-color microfiber cloth challenge flags with a different challenge on each.


Result

The item was highly successful, met NFL regulations of giveaways and drove current and potential customers to the FCCU activation area week after week.
